WindowSKIN PRO is a water-based peelable protective coating provides temporary protection to window glass and window frames during construction. Protects against scratches caused when removing / cleaning by mortar spatter, render spatter, paint spatter and general dirt, dust and grim.

WindowSKIN PRO can be used on glass, low-e coated surface, tinted glass, powdercoated aluminium, anodized aluminium, stainless steel, all rubbers & joints around glass, matt finished aluminium surfaces fiberglass frames and pvc frames.

WindowSKIN PRO qualities including lasts up to two years, one coat application, allows windows to open & shut, will not bake-on or fall-off, environmentally friendly and non hazaedous.

Coverage : 1 litre protects 9.63m² at 60μm
Drying time : 10 mins to 1 hrs
Curing time : 24 hours to 2 weeks

Preparation:

1. Ensure WindowSKIN PRO it stirred / shaken throughly.
2. Ensure surface to be protected is clean and dry.
3. Use a thick nap (20mm or 3/4’’) acrylic fibre paint roller that is clean and dry, or already soaked in WindowSKIN PRO.

Application:

1. Use paint roller or spary to apply WindowSKIN PRO liberally to surface being protected.
2. Create a neat finish at border of application by slightly titling the roller towards the border. This technique will create a lip at the edge of the application and will avoid a feathered edge.
3. Leave a small gap at all junctions, corners and gaps.
   
   

Removal:

1. Start at one corner of membrane and gently peel-off taking care to keep the membrane in one sheet.
2. Water may be required to aid release and wash surface with warm soapy water.
3. Ensure surrounding surfaces are completely washed down and all WindowSKIN PRO pieces are removed.
