dbzeroSKIN is a
water –based coating that can be applied to a
variety of materials to reduce airborne and
structural sound transmission. The unique paint
on and peel off application / removal process
makes reduction of unwanted noise pollution fast
and easy.
dbzeroSKIN protects variety of materials including
aluminium surface, glass surface, fiberglass,
rubber, tiles, marbles, timber, paintworks,
porous and non-porous surface, brick wall,
concrete wall and masonry wall
surface.
dbzeroSKIN reduces
unwanted noise pollution including air traffic
noise, car traffic noise, construction noise,
home theatre systems, home audio systems and
foot traffic.
dbzeroSKIN qualities including broad spectrum attenuation,
easy to apply, economical, custom colours
available, water, grease and oil resistant and
not effected by water.

Product
Preparation:
- Ensure
dbzeroSKIN it stirred / shaken
thoroughly.
- Ensure surface to be protected is
relatively clean and dry.
- Use a thick nap
(20mm or 3/4”) acrylic fibre paint roller that
is clean and dry, or already soaked in
dbzeroSKIN.
Application:
- Use
paint roller or spray to apply dbzeroSKIN
liberally to surface being protected.
- Create
a neat finish at border of application by
slightly tilting the roller towards the border.
This technique will create a lip at the edge of
the application and will avoid a feathered
edge.
- Leave a small gap at all junctions,
corners and gaps.
Removal:
- Start at one corner of membrane and gently
peel-off taking care to keep the membrane in one
sheet.
- Water may be required to aid
release and wash surface with warm soapy
water.
- nsure surrounding surfaces are
completely washed down and all dbzeroSKIN pieces
are removed.
